Our aim is simple. We believe the food you eat tastes better and contains more nutrients if the time it takes from farm to plate is less. Buying local and supporting independent businesses strengthens our community and shapes our character. That’s why sourcing from local suppliers is our priority.
We offer seasonal fruit and vegetables that have had time to grow and ripen properly and are far tastier than artificially produced food that’s travelled thousands of miles to reach the supermarket shelf.
We support and actively encourage food producers who use traditional methods of production and seek out foods that have been produced by farms that are either organic or follow traditional farming methods that are kinder to the natural environment.
