Choose from lean stewing steak,best braising steak,steak mince or ox tail to provide that essential ingredient to prepare a tasty curry, casserole or stew.
Alternatively select our prime beef roasting joints of Topside, Silverside, Brisket or Carvery Rib Roast for an extra special Sunday lunch.
Rare Breed British White Beef is now available as well - our own specialty!
Cardington Lamb leads the way
Once again James Murdoch's lamb reared in our village is proving to be as succulent and tasty as ever.
We have a range of cuts available so call us to tailor your order.
Why not save £££s and take advantage of our freezer deals with Whole Lambs for just £115 each. Half Lambs are only £60 each.
Of course whatever you choose, it will be cut and packed to your exact requirements.
Locally-reared fresh pork
Locally sourced, tender and soft with a rind that produces fantastic juicy crackling.
Slow roasted boneless shoulder and belly joints are ideal for those cold Sunday afternoons where you want to give the family something extra without breaking the bank.
Half pigs for the freezer only £4.00 per kilo. Expect to pay as little as £120 for at least 30 kg of prime pork.
