We raise our own British White Beef
All of our beef is sourced locally and reared traditionally. Only the best quality rare-breed white beef is used, from herds that are entirely grass-fed, ensuring that you get the best natural meat.
We only use the best traditional methods
Our herd is bred and raised locally on the Southill Estate. The herd is matured and reared using traditional and ethical methods to ensure sustainability of the herds without resorting to intensive farming methods. We can guarantee full traceability at all times.
You can rely on our standards
All of our beef is prepared by Andy and Chris, who take great care in butchering the finest cuts of beef for you. If you prefer to have your beef prepared for you, seasoned or rolled, we can do it. Why not take the hard work out of cooking and ask if we can help with preparation of joints, steaks and stir-fries? We are always happy to help and discuss what would be the best choice.
