our butchery counter this season you may choose from any of
the following freshly prepared summer eating and BBQ foods.
In addition, we are happy to prepare any items to meet your
personal requirements. |
- BUTCHERY
Steaks, chops, chicken breasts, thighs and drumsticks for
the grill, and much, much more.
- SAUSAGES
Our butcher Chris prepares a range of over 20 home made sausages
to impress your friends and family this summer. Choose from
traditional recipes such as Old Time Banger, Classic Cumberland
and Lincolnshire. Or something
a little different like Steak and Horseradish, Minty Lamb,
Chicken and Leek or Smoked Chilli and Paprika.
Don't forget the BIG one Summerhill's "HANGAR BANGER"
for those who like a challenge.

Assorted BBQ packs freshly prepared every weekend with a mixture

and Tuna with fresh peppers,onions,corguettes,mushrooms or
even pineapple.
- STIR FRY
Available in a range of styles for outdoor eating without
lighting the barbecue.
